Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable room, close to downtown area

Liked: Great location comfortable furniture and bed right by the Snake River.
Disliked: Toilet was very low to the ground, more for kiddos than adults. Otherwise very wonderful

Liked: Every Best Western has a certain level of comfort and care we’ve come to expect this one certainly means that standard. Clean rooms, good beds, great hot tub and a nice breakfast.
Disliked: No complaints met all the expectations

I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disliked: The room was dirty. I felt terrible making my child sleep on this stained pull out couch. It was actually really gross.. I am surprised at how dirty it was in the room considering the reviews. We were not offered anything upon complaining to the front desk.

Liked: Liked the way the place looked. Also liked the location it was located in town.
Disliked: No microwave in room. The bed was hard if you like that it's perfect.

NOT GOOD I NEED A...

Disliked: Hotel told me I had to get payment receipt from booking. I NEED A RECEIPT!
