Enjoyable stay

Liked: We had a very nice stay at the hotel. We selected it due to its proximity to Longwood Gardens, which was fairly close by. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they had a great breakfast selection. We enjoyed the large indoor pool and would have tried the machines in the exercise room if we had more time.
Disliked: We suggested that they add a few more chairs by the pool and in the computer area. Extending the pool hours past 9:00 for adults would be preferable, as it is hard to get to enjoy the pool if returning to the hotel after 8:00 from having dinner out.

Go-to in Concordville

Liked: This is my go-to hotel in the area and I am disappointed when it is booked up or some event drives up the price too far. The beds are super comfy, the towels are thirsty, the keurig is great and they have the all important half and half. It is quiet, the aircon is not too loud. I didn't get to the breakfast this time, my flight was too early. It is a quick trip to the airport from this property, which is always a bonus. Lots of pillows to choose from. Overall hotel appearance, condition, cleanliness are top notch!
Disliked: Wish I could have had time for the breakfast offering. If I must say anything, it is a bit difficult to get the TVs to work right in the gym, I never did get the sound on one, just captions, the other I could not get into submission. Am not a fan of the vessel sinks, but everything looks brand new.
