Overall I would recommend to anyone. Just not sure if I would use this site to book again. [ConcertHotels.com: Dear Sandi, the hotel reservation was definitely in place and hotel had been made aware of it. If you'd called our customer service team we would have contacted the hotel to sort this issue out for you. Sorry for the difficulties you experienced.]
Liked: The staff seemed really nice. I liked the looks of the hotel.
Disliked: When we checked in, they did not have us registered. They had 2 room with king beds so we got them. I booked 2 same rooms and one was lot bigger than the other. Did not notice on the bill they overcharged us on our room. So called a few hours later and they did correct it.

Clean, convenient and would definitely go back.
Liked: The staff were extremely helpful if we had questions, pleasant and offered excellent service.

I would definitely go back to Best Western Bandana Square. Reasonably priced; great service; clean hotel including rooms; great continental breakfast; nice pool area. It's my new hotel when I'm in the St. Paul area.
Liked: Excellent service; clean rooms; easy to find; parking; unique hotel; great pool area.
Disliked: Nothing.

I was expecting it to have a more rustic feel since it is a train repair shop from the 1800's - however, the rooms themselves are very outdated and for the price you're paying you may not be thrilled. When we arrived the poor man on the desk was trying to juggle lines ringing off the hook, and trying to check several people including us in. Then our reservation through this website apparently didn't get faxed to them, or it had been misplaced. Luckily I had my confirmation printed out. It took us about 25 minutes just to get checked in. But it's a beautiful building.
Liked: Unique; breakfast; historic.
Disliked: Outdated. Not enough staff; lack of organization.
