Disliked: I wish there were a side entrance with a door that worked with my keycard. I had to use the front entrance every time. Limited parking

Liked: Very helpful staff because booking.com took my money but didn't pay the hotel and then told me that booking.com would refund me and i would need to relocate even though I was in the room already and there wasn't availability at other hotels. A hour and half later booking.com finally paid the hotel. It was incredibly frustrating. What the hell booking.com?
