A one night stay on...

Liked: Helpful staff, good location, parking, comfy bed and easy check in. The dinner at the attached dining room was excellent with great service.
Disliked: No real issues. We were satisfied with the hotel and amenities.

Liked: This was a quick overnighter and wow -I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly had low expectations for this hotel, as it is right downtown and just a plain building on a concrete parking lot. However, the staff member when we arrived was quite friendly and helpful. There was complimentary coffee, the lobby was clean, the halls were clean, our room was spotless and the beds/pillows were SO comfortable. (like what I expect at a high end hotel) Our room was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well and featured high end faucet and sink. We received a $15 off for the in house restaurant and a gift chocolate bar with a note saying thanks for staying with us.If needed we would stay here again.
Disliked: Perhaps complementary water would also be nice.
