Liked: The grounds were nice. Breakfast good and server so attentive to all customers
Disliked: My bed was quite hard and uncomfortable which lead to a restless night. Also the minifridge was very loud

Liked: Everything. Staff, concierge, room, cleanliness and oh my, the breakfast!!! The attendant in the breakfast room was beyond helpful!!! She was just wonderful!!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Disliked: Everything was great up until the second night. I left to go do some shopping and returned at 11:10pm. I tried to get in my room and the key was not working. I could not get in my room. I went to the front desk, no one was there, the doors were locked, and the lights were all off. I then called customer service to see if they could get a hold of anyone. They were as helpful as they could be. I was put on hold while they called the front desk ( as i had done already) they said no one would answer and for me to go back to try the desk again and if i still didnt get anywhere to call her back and they would find another place for me to sleep. It was now almost midnight and i was exhausted not to mention i had all of my belongings in the room, i had to call my boyfriend who was an hour and a half away to come and bring me his key card because i was locked out and and in my car. I waited and fell asleep in my car for the hour and a half for him to get back not to mention the 45 mins i had spent on the phone with customer service. I am extremely disappointed in my stay at Best Western Cold Springs. Paying $200 a night my expectations were a lot higher.
