I really did enjoy my...

Liked: All the staff were very friendly. Each of them made an effort to make sure all our needs were met and to let us know that they were there if we needed anything.
Disliked: I went to go to the gym around 4:30 AM. The first door I went to my key did not open. However, there was a gentleman sitting in the pool area on his phone so, I assumed that the area was open and I was trying to access via the wrong door. I walked around to the door from inside. That gentleman by then was cleaning and I realized that he was staff and probably had been taking a break. He did finally inform me that the pool and gym did not open until 5 AM. Mainly two things, first I did NOT see signage for the pool/gym hours (could had been there and I missed it) and secondly, staff members probably should not be sitting in public areas on the phone if they are on break (I worked at a resort so my expectations might be askew).
