Overall it was a good...

Liked: Facilities are good for a 3-star hotel. The room was spacious and was clean. Bath was good too. The bed could have been better; I sometimes felt it was leaning downwards.
Disliked: Be ready to walk 30+ mins to the old Quebec area, where most of the attractions are located. This includes some stairs and also an uphill walk.

Disliked: First room very dark on the ground with window towards inner court. Change was possible for the second and third night. Swimming pool cold with strong chlorine smell

Disliked: Absolutely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Poor ServiceI rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was truly unacceptable. The cleanliness of the room was pathetic. Basic supplies weren’t replenished, and I had to make multiple calls just to get essentials like replacing used glasses and coffee pods. Even worse, used glasses were left in the bathroom, and the bed linen was clearly not freshly changed.The lack of hygiene had consequences—my sister developed a severe eye allergy due to the unsanitary conditions and had to see a doctor during our stay. This is not just inconvenient, it’s dangerous.For a place that claims to offer comfort and quality, this was a complete letdown. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
