Disliked: Desk clerk, loud, and in pain. Can't get up to check anything but sure can smoke every 15 min or so. Terrible ad for nice hotel. Bs area computer no internet and printer unplugged. Needed help but that didn't happen. Very disappointing.

Liked: I especially appreciated the morning kitchen ladies. The breakfast area was exceptionally maintained and refreshed with good cold and hot food items, prepared with attention, care, and cleanup. Moreso, these ladies were genuinel nice and well selected
