Liked: Attendant named Mercedes was very nice and helpful. Location was nice as it was close to everything
Disliked: We witnessed the breakfast bar older man working be completely rude to a Spanish Speaking man. A man who PAID FOR HIS HOTEL THAT COMES WITH A COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. HE DIDN'T WANT BREAKFAST AT THIS VERY MOMENT SO HE GRABBED 1 APPLE AND 1 YOGART TO GO AND PUT IT IN HIS ICE CHEST. THE MAN WORKING THE BREAKFAST BAR COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED THIS YOUNG MAN BY YELLING AT HIM THAT HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE BREAKFAST BAR. THAT THAT IS FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO IS STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. WHEN THE YOUNG MAN ASK WHY WHAT DID HE DO WRONG, CONFUSED BECAUSE HE IS A PAYING CUSTOMER THE OLDER MAN YELLED AT HIM TO PUT IT BACK. Another gentleman and his wife were in shock because no where does it state that the breakfast has to be eating in the dining area. I grabbed a yogurt and spoon and walked out the door with nothing said to me. Which pissed me off more. I took that young man his yogurt and apologized for that man's behavior towards him and told him I would be filing a complaint. I have a call into corporate but when I ask another employee for that mans name she refused to give it to me. 3 employees watched this happen and not 1 stepped in they all literally turned their heads away. I'm not the person that falls under the bystander effect. I WILL ALWAYS STEP IN. SHAME ON YOU BEST WESTERN. SHAME ON ALL THIS MORNINGS EMPLOYEES. When you pay for your hotel and it includes all amenities and complementary breakfast wherever you chose to eat it.

Great location, I could see...
Liked: No room service but had a place to buy or add snacks and drinks to your room bill. Friendly staff. Nice, large lobby. Clean accommodations through out the hotel. I would stay there again.
Disliked: I wasn't there long enough to dislike anything. Everything worked like it was supposed to.

Liked: The room was nice, hotel was conveniently located for the event we were attended, breakfast was very good. The lady that checked us in recommended some good choices for food and was friendly.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard, pool was small.

Racist Breakfast Employees
Liked: The location.
Disliked: Two employees that made the morning breakfast one morning treated my fiance like she was somebody coming in and stealing food just because she was black and nothing was done about it!!! I feel like our stay deserves to be comped because we didnt pay over $375 to be discriminated against, just because my fiance was getting both me and her breakfast.
