Disappointing and frustrating to say...

Disliked: The hotel was a complete mess. At 3in the morning there were people partying in the hall and trashing the place. When I called the front desk to tell them they didn't do anything about it. The cops even had to get called and there was trash all up and down the hall the next morning.
