Breakfast was great though but...

Liked: We booked this hotel due to being so close to our softball fields. We also liked that they had toys for the pool.
Disliked: - Sofa Bed - Slime on sheets and bed- Sofa cushions are stained - 1 towel in pool area- Lots of homemade signs of “no running, no food, no drinks etc” pool area and in elevator-Beds not made all the way skirts were all uneven and bed sheets half tucked an sloppy made me wonder if they were clean…-Phones don’t work-Two tvs and only 1 works even after a year of when they had storms that apparently took them out per the manager-Hairdryer not even put up an looks like toothpaste on shelf

We will be back. This...

Liked: A wonderful mix of well appointed city hotel and good old country comfort. Staff are magnificent (especially Kelly who welcomes on arrival), hotel well appointed and rooms thoughtfully outfitted. We didn't want to leave !
Disliked: Not a thing. Everything was terrific.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable
Disliked: Our key card didn’t work a few times and we had to keep getting them replaced. We stayed 3 nights and only had the room serviced once. Not sure why they didn’t come to clean the room the other night. Didn’t have a tag to even put on the door.

Disliked: The lady up front was very rude and also i booked a room with 2 queens and a pull out and she said they didn’t have any left since I booked with booking I wasn't priority. We took our softball team to the pool after our game. The worker came out and was very room stating we couldn’t let our kids come out the outside door to eat pizza or she would shut the pool down but also pizza wasn’t allowed in the pool area which is fair but we were outside we have stayed at this location every time we stay in the area and it will be the last. There were over 5 of our families there we will not be back.
