Liked: The hotel was close to our destination and near to some nice eateries, the staff gladly provided the extra towel we requested, breakfast was okay and offered slightly more variety than some other hotels. The breakfast staff were very kind!!
Disliked: The AC kept turning off so we would return to the room each evening and the temperature would be quite high during the heatwave; the refrigerator did not adequately cool our leftovers so they likely spoiled; the cover on one of the beds appeared to have some cheese or similar-colored substance dried/encrusted on it; the door keys stopped working two days in a row so we had to go reset them; the prices were probably on par for the area, but those prices are high even with a discount. It would be nice if the hotel would go back to offering unsweetened yogurt for the breakfasts, they used to have that. Also there is room for improvement when it comes to offering sustainably-packaged food/flatware and toiletry items.

Good value for money

Liked: Easy to find and good parking. Breakfast included (although it wasn'ta great breakfast, but it was fuel). Cheap and good value.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Great location and awesome breakfast!
Disliked: Front desk staff were not super friendly. Homeless clean but is in major need of new furniture that’s not rotted at the bottom. Walls were filthy and floors needed to be throughly vacuumed.

Exceptional stay.

Liked: It’s cleanliness and friendly receptionists. It smells fresh. Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows and clean linen.
Disliked: Breakfast need improvement.
