Liked: The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options to choose from in the morning, very organized and clean. I stay in this hotel around the summer for music festivals
Disliked: couldn't control the room temp as it WAS a hot weekend, the fan in the room was tricky to work

Liked: Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, felt like a safe location
Disliked: Although the lobby was well kept and smelled great, The room wasn't throughly cleaned. We discovered a pair of someone's dirty underwear left behind the TV console. The sheets had so much bleach that it was impossible to sleep. There was no trash receptacle or ice machine on my floor. I was told to leave my trash outside my room or I could bring it to the dumpster on the first floor. The only dumpster I saw was outside, so I took it out. I guess I worked for my stay. We stayed there for 2.days. I should have left after the first night. I had to go downstairs to get new towels. Just was not the best experience.Will not choose another Best Western Plus or any other Best Western. This one gets a minus for service!
