Stayed to see northern lights....
Liked: The staff was so nice, every one of them
Disliked: The breakfast was repetitive.

Disliked: noisy dog Barton one room. overflowing trash bins in common areas. inexperienced staff at front desk. nowhere did it say, nor were we told there was no cleaning service unless requested (what an unpleasant surprise). Then we were told we couldn?t get clean towels for 2nd day.

I enjoyed the nice breakfast...
Liked: it was with in walking distance to bus line pick up and dro off as well as near the Fred Meyer super market.
Disliked: the one evening/night shift front desk attendant ( it must be a mental block as I don?t recall her/ his name, but it had shark dark hair, heavy set with nasal septum pierced) has no business representing your company. She lacks any customer service skills period. ie: the TV in the room continued to not work and instead of saying something reasonable like ? I?m so sorry this keeps happening, I?ll look into it right away and see if I can remedy the situation ? all she said was : ?well, just reset it and see if it works? I eventually did get the cables to supply the service, tightened and got it to work off and on but that entire cable should to be replaced. I stayed there for 5 nights so there?s no excuse.

Good location for our needs
Liked: Quiet and relaxing room. Bed was comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of options.
Disliked: There was one chair at the desk, no secondary comfy chair

Disliked: There was an issue with our booking. We were told to book for an extra night due to our check-in time. We were charged a no-show/late check-in fee ($ 141)because we did not arrive the night before (but we never were scheduled for that night in the first place). The room we were placed in had no working AC (so we did not sleep that night as the room was extremely hot 80-86 degrees and we were told there were no other open rooms). When we talked with the manager the next day she said the fee would be applied to our last night of stay as it would be quicker than a refund and gave us 50% off our room for the "2nd night" which was really our first and moved us to a new room. The new room also did not have a working AC and would not cool off (stayed at 86 degrees). When we notified the front desk we were told to sleep with our window open. They were able to fix it the next day around 11:30 AM so on the last night we did have a working AC. We were charged for 4 nights though we only stayed 3 and two of those had no working AC. I am unhappy that we paid over 400 dollars for the room due to the issues we had.
