Liked: Location, nice rooms, golf course across the street and the staff.

Liked: On a positive note, the room itself was fine, and the town of Chemainus is absolutely lovely.
Disliked: The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff at the reception were not very pleasant or helpful. We requested a crib to be added to our room, but instead, we were handed one at reception and expected to carry it ourselves—along with all our suitcases and stroller. That was quite inconvenient and not a welcoming start.Also, no one informed us about the hotel facilities like the pool. We only found out there was one the next day by chance.

Disliked: Hot tub closed , pool was murky and very unappealing , booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 queen bed and a rock hard springy sofa bed , fan would not turn off in room so it was cold

Liked: Really nice hotel. Short walk into town. Lovely room, clean and well appointed. Friendly staff and a substantial breakfast to start the day.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The breakfast did not look very appealing so we ate out.
