Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful with a good breakfast bar on offer in the morning.

Liked: Easy check-in, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: It is not walkable to/from downtown Lowell but Uber was available and reliable.

Too nerve-wracking. Have one more stay then will avoid the hotel.

Liked: The room was clean, staff was EXCELLENT.
Disliked: The people that were "hanging around" evidently were provided accommodations at the hotel. They made me extremely nervous, given the world that we live in. I am booked for another stay at the same hotel. I will not stay there any more after that and will caution others regarding my experience.
