Disappointing stay due to terrible...

Liked: The location was convenient and the building looked nice from outside.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. Almost all food was missing, the serving area was empty, and only after we complained they brought out a small amount. The lady serving breakfast was rude, and the receptionist at check-out only said “sorry” without offering any solution, discount, or compensation. This was unacceptable for the price we paid. I also have video proof of the empty breakfast area.

Overall, a good hotel, great...

Liked: Great location!! Easy to walk to beach and restaurants along main strip. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, room spacious, quiet and clean.
Disliked: I’m a fan of BW in general, however, a few things I did not care for about this property. Two elevators are only access to all floors/rooms. We were on 2nd floor, tried to walk down the stairs, but no access to main floor. Only emergency access to leave building. This was confirmed by the front desk. One ice machine on 3rd floor only. (Could use stairs to go between floors). Breakfast was so-so. Ran out of bread, fruit, milk, other items. This was on a Tue/Wed. No coffee maker in rooms… I guess I’m used to having one with BW.
