Love this location and

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Charging my account double/triple even though our accounts are being charged! It reduces are availability on our balances. I'm sure this happened to other individuals that stayed during time we did. My advise is to update your system.

Good experience overall

Liked: I did not make it in time for breakfast .
Disliked: Only one person working to check in 30 plus customers . Had to leave and come back to check in .

Disliked: Big problem: i staied 10 days and none cleaned my bedroom, emptied my trash or made my bed. I asked for it severel times at the reception. They were saying yes or promised me for the day after, but none did anything.This is not acceptable
