Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Best Western Hotels are not known to be highly rated and we knew this going in. We chose it for location, not the brand itself. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were in good condition. The staff was great.
Disliked: There was some road noise in the room. But it was not excessive. Breakfast was okay. The hot food was not good. The rest of the assortment was okay.

Liked: We were upgraded to a nicer room due to room shortage at the time we checked in which was a blessing we didn’t know we would need.
Disliked: I did not know cleaning the room each day had to be requested. The Do Not Disturb signs seem unnecessary if daily housekeeping is not automatic.
