Liked: The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I was giving a room on the 4th floor facing the mountains. I don't know why but it seemed like I had a swimming pool to myself my whole stay. I want to move to Arizona.God bless Bobbi and Allen,especially Bobbi for listening to me ramble about Native American artists and actually writing it downh

Liked: Loved the professional staff
Disliked: The $150.00 incidental hold is so stupid that's more then the price of the room and it takes forever to get the hold released. The staff said it was the bank that holds the funds but the bank says it's the hotel for that reason I might not stay there again you had no time delay taking my money why is there a time delay on giving it back
