Uncomfortable unwanted due to the...

Liked: Up to date
Disliked: The staff was watching my group every where we went. Our group had about 11-12 rooms at location and the manager kept saying to our group that only guest can be here and swim. And we all was staying at the location on which we told him and her multiple times! I have pictures of the manger looking out the window for about 30 min watching a small group of adults in the front in the sitting area .

Will never return or visit...

Liked: Nothing. It was gross.
Disliked: There was NO indication that pets couldn’t be in a suite. We booked a suite and they downgraded us to a disgusting room with linoleum flooring and we had to pay $40 PER PET!!! We needed that suite. We needed the kitchen area. The staff was unkind about it too. Not happy. Will never return. We should get a refund for having to pay for pets since the website said nothing about pets not being allowed in suites OR that there was a fee for each pet.
