Best Western Plus Champaign/Urbana Inn

All was great until the...

Liked: room was clean and breakfast provided was good.
Disliked: The hallway during the evening smelling terribly of POT. It leaked into my room and burned my eyes. I wasn't sure if I complained what management could even do to find the rooms in which they were smoking. I had family staying on the other end of the same floor and in the morning they complained of the same thing. It is a NO smoking facility that I wish others adhered to.

Disliked: Very outdated, poor lighting, stains in pillows and sheets, very old linens, sofa was dirty and ripped in some areas, the entrance, hallways and elevator smelled bad...$200.00 was too much for the NOT Quality Inn... very disappointed ...

Disliked: They didn’t clean my room and I was paying $700 a night for a place that should be $125 or so a night. But it was Mom’s WE at U of I and it is understood that the rates would be crazy but not to clean the room is unacceptable.
