Short stay to visit family

Liked: This hotel is the best thing to ever happen to Centralia Il.
Disliked: The buffer quality between floors is horrible. The people in the room above us were very noisy. I think their kids were playing ball or something and running back and forth across the room. Also could hear a VERY heavy footed adult walking across the floor. Thankfully, they were only there for one night.

Helpful staff and clean property....

Liked: Very modern property and polite staff.
Disliked: Found a few strands of hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival. The day my room was cleaned I didn’t get extra toilet paper, had to retrieve a roll at 5am.

Overall I rate this hotel...

Liked: Property was clean, rooms were clean, pool area was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Walmart was conveniently within a quick walk across the parking lot for any necessities.
Disliked: The beds were just a little too uncomfortable for my taste. The noise from children running/jumping in the hallways carried into our room.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. I got a waffle and sausage which was tasty
Disliked: They closed the doors while a lady was fixing plates for her 2 little ones and she didn't get breakfast. Plus a lady walking past over table while finishing our coffee and took my napkin without asking anything. That was rude
