Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was clean.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was very worn out. It sunk when you laid on it. It needs to be replaced.

Liked: It was conveniently located, comfortable beds and pillows. The room was spacious with nice TV and many channels to choose from. The breakfast was delicious with many juice and tea options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: The staff was great except for one older man. He had something to do with house keeping, and was ugly to the other employees. Breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc...
Disliked: I booked a room for 5 people. We got 2 towels. So we used those and asked for more and they gave us 2 again. I didn't have a balcony like I was supposed to, and the fold out couch/bed was broken.

Liked: Breakfast was good- didnt use pool or gym but looked nice
Disliked: Our room smelled very musty and felt damp- was very hot when we walked in. The adjoining room to ours did not lock. We requested another room and they promptly switched our room without hesitation. The room we switched to still had a musty smell but not nearly as bad as the first room. When on the elevator, another couple asked us if our room smelled bad (because theirs did also).
