Disliked: The location was great, nice and quiet. the room was okay, not as clean as i would have expected for a Best Western Plus. The breakfast was not good. the sausage links were not done, and the eggs were cold. one morning they didn't have regular coffee.

Liked: This hotel is on the outskirts (east side) in a new area. It was very quiet and felt very safe. The front desk attendants were friendly and made recommendations for nearby restaurants. We followed their recommendation and had a great experience at a restaurant nearby.

Disliked: The breakfast staff stayed hidden had to look for them to ask questions were in the back playing on their cell phone people had to locate them when something ran out or spilled, the fridge in the room could have been colder
