Liked: Breakfast was great and the server was friendly and kept everything clean and stocked up perfectly.

Modern comfortable hotel. Unattractive setting.

Liked: This seemed like a new hotel and was above the average BW. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was easy and my room location request was fulfilled. The room was spacious with two TV’s and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to just about every chain store and restaurant you could ever need. The on-site laundry was $3 for Wash/dry….half of some hotels.
Disliked: The setting is certainly industrial with a big dirt lot out front and no landscaping. The sofa was very uncomfortable and oddly shaped.

Liked: Customer service was amazing, and the food was delicious.
Disliked: The computer was slow, and the printer was not connected when I first started. It was later fixed by the staff, but I would have liked it to have been ready prior. Also, the computer is located in the lobby. It should be moved to a more private area.
