Not a convenient location.

Liked: Room was comfortable and elevator and stairs were very accessible.
Disliked: Door access was a problem. Changed keys 3 times. Front desk people did not know anything about the area. Access in and out of property was a hassle. Plastic eating utensils so cheap they broke easily.

Floors are hard to navigate.

Disliked: New coffee machines suck! Taste like chemicals. Go back to the carrafs. 2nd floor is actually the 4th or 4th is the 2nd. Room 206 was on 4th floor!!

Liked: Easy check-in. Clean room and bathroom. Requests for room service were promptly fulfilled. It‘s a solid accommodation for a short stay.

Liked: Nothing. The worst best western I ever stayed at
Disliked: The staff at the desk were rude and not helpful. If we wanted new towels we had to bring them up each morning to a bin and then ask the person at the desk for new towells. We had to ask for room clean up daily or they wouldn’t clean up. The phones never worked to get the front desk. If you ran out of towelette paper you had to go up to the front desk to get it. The front desk staff were lazy and unhelpful.
