Liked: Close to a place to have breakfast. Friendly staff and very nice and helpful. Clean place as well and quiet.

Liked: Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Nice sized room, comfortable king bed. Water provided. Keurig type coffee maker was a plus. They also provided large bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Fluffy and oversized towels provided too.Staff was helpful and efficient. Overall, I was very happy with the room. See one negative comment below.I will probably stay here again next year. It is centrally located to my stops in Burbank and Warner Center.
Disliked: There is no microwave in the room. The staff said they would bring one if I had asked. After dark, the area seemed a little dicey for a solo woman traveler. But once on the property, it was safe. There is no meal option for breakfast. There is a Denny's immediately next door.

Family vacation to Universal Studios.

Liked: The facility was clean and the family was roomed near each other.
Disliked: The street noise was an issue at night but over all that is a minor issue.

Liked: It was peaceful, great location to the fwy after visiting family. Parking was tight but able to park every night.
Disliked: The toilet is to small for my butt and the bed was very hard, but managed
