Liked: Staff was great. I was very happy to have a ground floor room. My room was quiet and clean and why am I looking at a sliding scale rating my answer?
Disliked: Especially in a handicapped room make sure that not only are the doors are wide enough but that they stay open. I had to prop mine open with the closet door. This was a minor inconvience and was not reported to the front desk.

Disliked: Vending machines were out of order.The pillows were too soft, they need to offer also an alternative

Disliked: I stayed in that hotel, and my experience was not really what people expect from a hotel, we had it between 08.09 and 08.10 and basically we had opened our window because it was hot inside, at around 2-3am I heard that someone is making noise by that window, so there was a hand (thief) trying to open the window to get the door, “i screamed hey hey what are you doing!” So I of course prevented the danger of getting robbed in the middle of the night. At the check out we informed the front desk and the guy said: “oh thats so bad” like he didn’t give a crap that we almost got robbed, so be aware of that hotel. The security sucks in there. Dont think of going into that hotel, so randomPeople can enter the hotel easily, they charge money for parking, without a proper security, but on booking where we had booked the hotel it said that the parking is free but we still got charged, I dont even think that there is some security, and at the early morning it gets really loud because the stuff talk REALLY loud but because of the stuff happened we just wanted to get some sleep what we couldn’t get neither.

Liked: The king bed room was efficiently spaced, had a comfortable bed that you could get to easily from both sides. And I liked the lounge chair that was in the room. Two sinks, one in the shower toilet area, and one in the vanity area was convenient also. The manager was very helpful also.
Disliked: The only thing that may have been improved was parking. We got back late and had a slightly hard time finding parking that lat.
