Liked: Excellent location In beautiful Victoria. A nice restaurant for breakfast or brunch.
Disliked: Elevator is very slow. If you get a high floor it takes forever to get up and down.

We enjoyed the hotel location,...

Liked: We received an unrequested room upgrade. We got a suite and we had 2 rooms and they were situated directly across the hall from one another. The upgrade and proximity to the 2nd room was greatly appreciated. Loved the proximity to the Ruby cafe. Appreciated the bottled/canned water that the front desk provided when asked. Loved the coffee machine by the elevator. Everything was great!!
Disliked: Can't complain about anything.

Overall the hotel was fine...

Liked: Bedrooms were good and the stay was good. The hotel was very clean as well.
Disliked: The parking situation is certainly the worst part of this hotel. First off they claim they have no parking yet they have a garage but offer “valet parking” instead. Not everybody has an extra $30 for someone to drive their car away. Instead of offering valet how about just allow people to park in the garage for free since we already paid for the hotel. The hotel already was fairly expensive for the type of hotel and location.
