Disliked: Not the cleanest. There was a layer of dust on the phone, a smudge of something on the wall and the cabinets.

Liked: I loved the view of the lake — it was beautiful and very relaxing. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Cleanliness could be improved. I found chocolate wrappers on the floor, the pillow covers were torn, and the balcony was unusable due to dirt and spider webs on the chairs. With better housekeeping, this could be a great stay.

Liked: Nice location on the river, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Disliked: Housekeeping missed to change the towels and empty the trash After swimming we had all problems with the eyes (burning like hell).

Liked: Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Very spacious room.
Disliked: The carpet was a bit dirty although the bathroom was clean and towels were abundant. Probably only for our room, but wasps kept us off the balcony at times. Unfortunately staff were largely unfamiliar with the neighborhood or where landmarks were. They seemed to be from elsewhere.

Liked: Breakfast was hot and very good selection of different foods. The coffee was always hot and plentiful. It was easy to adjust the temperature in our room.
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights and did not have any room attendants come by. There were no fresh towels or beds freshened. Thankfully I travel with my own shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It was gone the first morning with 2 people in the room.
