Great until I received the...

Liked: I liked everything about the hotel! I have stayed there many times in the past. My complaint is that I booked on line and paid with my credit card on line. When I got to the hotel, the hotel clerk asked to see my card. When I looked at my credit card billling when I got home, I was charged upon booking and was charged the same amount again when I checked into the hotel. I ended up with a charge of over 288.00 for a single suite which was supposed to be around $144.00. I will be contacting the credit card company for them to get one of the charges removed. I feel things like this should not happen!!

Stay was good, but problem...

Liked: Clean and neat
Disliked: When I arrived I was ask for my credit card by Best Western. I looked at my credit card statement, I was billed by Best Wester and Booking.com for the same one night stay. What do we do about that?

I wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The staff members were awesome! The hotel room was very clean and quiet; however, the hot tub was filthy and looked like a swill. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this seems true of all hotels now.
Disliked: The manager, who we had to call because even though the app said we could pay cash, he wouldn’t let the lady who checked us in take cash. Of course by that time we couldn’t get out of our reservation without being charged.

Excellent Stay

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Hot breakfast and cold breakfast. I liked the variety.
Disliked: I had an excellent stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly.
