Liked: Easy place to find, near the hospital. Spacious room. Rooms look very modern and newly renovated. There is a little air well with a small garden on the ground floor. Amenities are well maintained. Kettle had a small layer of dust on it but was otherwise clean.
Disliked: Travellers please note that the check in area is not open 24H and if you arrive after hours you are expected to call for them to check you in. You won't even be able to enter the premises as this is securely locked, only accessible with card. This can be challenging if you do not have an australian number as you may need to make an international call. Similarly, if you need to check out early and the counter people have not arrived, and you need luggage storage, it may be best to prearrange this with them, to leave your luggage in the room so they can store it for you later. Lastly, do note that although there are laundry services on site, they close after 8pm to prevent excessive noise. When I tried to use the dryer at 6pm, the hotel staff was using it to dry towels. So effectively it was not that easy for me to use it at all. Ventilation fan in the toilet switches on with the light, it can be quite loud.
