Disliked: The room smelled like mold and the bathtub was peeling and there was no circulation - the windows were full of moisture.

Liked: Was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel
Disliked: Staff had no organizational structure and communication so after i had to push my reservation to the next day i went back in the early morning i requested late check out and the guy said no problem at 11:07 a rude lady came to my door with attitude and a police officer to ask if there was a girl named jasmine and to tell me “ check out is right now we are all sold out of king bed rooms and she wanted to know how long i would take to get my stuff and leave after asking multiple times me just having woken tired and confused to why this lady was being so rude to me for no reason i said okay yeh and agreed i would take 30 minutes to leave i proceeded to call down stairs and complain to a manager but was told the lady that came to my room was a manager and that she was sorry for her behaviour and that i could stay so after being abruptly woken up and disrespected the room was still open till 2pm after all because its booked at 3 and takes an hour for staff to clean and get ready to top it all off the water came out of the tap brown whilst brushing my teeth.

Disliked: Very dated and breakfast runs out fast

Comfortable stay

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: My whole reason for going was to get away, do some soaking in the hot tub. Hot tub wasn't operational while I was there, so that was really disappointing.
