Liked: The staff was great. Room was comfortable and clean. It was closer to our venue we were going to daily.
Disliked: I thought that the weight room would have been a little bigger with more equipment. That was about it.

Liked: The location was good for me. The room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: I found the pillows uncomfortable, but the bed was fine.I could not figure out how to work the TV remote to find something I wanted to watch. A nice lady on staff came up to show me how to work it.I only had a piece of toast and some yogurt because the eggs, etc. were way too salty for me, just like every other hotel.

Disliked: The staff wasn’t very friendly. Was told by front desk we could eat pizza on the back patio outside the pool (which we didn’t end up doing that night) and the next day we were told we couldn’t and we had to move everything to the bbq area where there was little to no seating. Waited and rang the bell at the front desk for check out for 20 min and no one ever showed. Pool was clean and had plenty of towels but any water outside the pool made it very slippery. Every one of my children including one adult walking to get a towel slipped and fell.

Liked: Location was nice, right off the Interstate. Breakfast was great, bisquits & gravy was a nice touch. Coffee bar is great. Pool was nice & warm & hot tub was perfect.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed that when asking the lady at the front desk one evening for some paper plates that she refused stating only that she didnt have access to that area. This was the first time i have never seen a front desk supply such simple items. She made no effort to assist me or help with accommodations. she just said no.
