They experience exceeded our expectations

Liked: The breakfast was great. The service was even better. It was very nice to meet a young Dominican lady at the front desk that accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed. We are planning to return on our way back from Florida to Boston.Thank you again Best Western Plus!!!

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean and the people working there were pleasant to talk to. We slept well in beds! That air-conditioning was awesome, especially with it being hot like it is.

We only stayed there due...

Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast but the location is perfect, surrounded by lots of other restaurants
Disliked: I didn’t care for the desk clerk, Albana, I stood in front of her for about 15-20 minutes without being acknowledged because she was on the phone. A small jester with her finger, saying just a moment, would have been appropriate. Another clerk got off her break to come assist me. Then we got a room that hadn’t been cleaned! The room we finally got was nice!

This motel is overpriced and...

Disliked: Facility is old. Haven’t done much upgrading in 20 years. Old tubs. Low toilet. Very noisy air conditioning. Mattress wasn’t bad but the little biscuit pillows were terrible and some were smaller than others. The bed had a heavy top blanket, a sheet, a blanket and another top sheet. This is summertime!

Liked: The staff was friendly, breakfasts was okay, but didn't offer turkey or chicken option it was the same every day.
Disliked: I forgot my credit card and couldn't do a virtual option.
