Liked: Staff was very helpful in selecting places to eat nearby and near the Hamilton Place.

Disliked: Room smelt of smoke. Dirt came out of jets in bath tub.

Disliked: Hot tub was too hot Body wash and shampoo were ridiculously small and labels hard to read

Great Spot - Late for...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and helped to get my day going. The layout of the room was very nice and spacious for everything I needed throughout the week. Relaxing by the pool was also a plus!
Disliked: My fridge was freezing food and drinks for the first two days, this was communicated to the front desk. On the third night there was a complete explosion of my carbonated beverage and the fridge was only then, replaced.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay in the hotel . The room was clean comfy has the needed amenties
Disliked: The only thing i didnt like was a receptionist who when I called to ask about something she hangup 4 times and when I went to ask if the phone is not working she said she was checking in a guest so she cant answer which was very rude attitude and shows she is far away from customer service . Other than that her manager and other receptionists were much better . Breakfast basic but convenient.
