Liked: Staff was very helpful in selecting places to eat nearby and near the Hamilton Place.

Disliked: Room smelt of smoke. Dirt came out of jets in bath tub.

Liked: Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Very noisy - major road close by therefore rated low on location. Single use plastics and paper plates, cups etc in the rooms and breakfast rooms. What's wrong with ceramic cups and plates, and proper silverware! Hotel industry in Canada and USA needs to lift its game in this regard.

Liked: Room very comfortable, quiet, clean; snazzy bathroom.
Disliked: Hallway and elevator floors needed vacuuming; there were bits and flakes of debris on the floor.Breakfast was meh - items missing (there was a notice about oatmeal, but there wasn't any), only 2 yoghurts, no decaf coffee, bakery items were mass-produced mediocre; there were a few good croissants but they disappeared in a flash and weren't replenished.
