Set in leafy gardens overlooking the Leas Promenade and English Channel the Burlington Hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Folkestone's town center the beach and a 15-minute walk from Folkestone Harbor. This grand Victorian building offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms tea and coffee facilities hairdryers and free WiFi. Superior and Deluxe rooms also enjoy partial sea views. Pets are welcome at the Burlington and can be accommodated in standard and superior rooms at an additional charge of £20 per pet per night which is payable on arrival. The hotel must be informed of any pets traveling with guests prior to arrival. The popular Bay Tree Bar & Grill serves modern British food with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Overnight in Folkestone

Liked: Good size rooms. Pleasant area for breakfast.
Disliked: Although we had a fan due to exceptional weather room was stuffy.Don't leave breakfast too late as it finishes promptly

Very good

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Breakfast staff was attentive without being "on top of you"
Disliked: It really needs air conditioning or at least a fan in the room on hot days.

great stay, nice cliff walk,...

Liked: Great option for the channel tunnel about 10 mins away. pretty much on the front with nice cliff walk, we had our dog extra £5, huge room with dressing area and massive bathroom, early leave so did not book breakfast. Parking limited but load of free parking on the sde road next to the hotel. All in all great value option
Disliked: could not see if there is a lift so stairs to front door may be an issue for some
