No carpeting in rooms

Liked: The rooms do not have carpet floors. I was so happy about not suffering with allergies due to carpeting. The breakfast was good and their dining area very comfortable.
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms and 1 included a sofa bed which was so uncomfortable. There were no additional sheets or pillows in the closet for the sofa bed.

An enjoyable, affordable, one night...

Liked: I was going to a concert at an outdoor amphitheater. The location and the price were very good at the Best Western. I missed the free breakfast but there is a Starbucks and a McD just one block away.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The size of the room
Disliked: Poor customer service. There were two ladies working on the night I checked in. Neither of them greeted me upon my entrance. I stood at the check in counter until one of them decided to acknowledge me and check me in. Another customer came in after to check in. The employee in the wheelchair who was not doing anything ignored him. He had to wait for the lady that was helping me to check him in. The other lady was occupied with chatting and distracting the employee who was actually working. They also tried to charge my husband twice for a water he purchased. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but could use come improvements with the staff.

Liked: Extremely clean and fresh smelling. The hallways and rooms are all updated. No musty smell when you have carpeted rooms, they were laminate floors.
Disliked: Breakfast potatoes were cold and a bit hard.
