Worst Hotel in Brunswick Maine

Liked: Not a damn thing.
Disliked: The lock on the door to the room never locked, and other guests claimed the same . No hot breakfast the whole week, only limited toast, waffles, cereal. Electrical plugs were a fire hazard. They wobbled in the wall, and connections were sporadic at best. The rooms were not cleaned unless we asked 2-3 times each day. Despite telling the front desk these issues on day 1 of 7, all I got was a smile and "... the maintenance people are coming. " which they never did. Most of the staff couldn't understand or speak english at all. When asked for items, like toilet paper and coffee supplies, they just smiled and left. Front desk would take your issue and never address it. Worst hotel ever, I will never go back to that hotel, nor any Best Western Plus again, and I advise everyone to avoid the one at 71 Gurnet Road, Brunswick Maine. If this is an example of a hospitality hotel, save your money; Motel 6 treats you better.

I Would Stay Here Again.

Liked: Stayed for a couple of days. Clean room, Comfy bed, Friendly staff, Good breakfast. Everything was as expected. I even enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.

Liked: The nightstand Walter, and all of the day staff including Neil, and Miss Jess the manager were excellent

Dirty rooms

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The room was very dirty

Liked: The room was clean. The bed very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The pool is small, but nice.
Disliked: There was a strong smell of cannabis in the hallway (which I despise the smell). and then the Hotel was so quiet that (a good thing) except all I could hear was the chirping from some type of alarm in the hallway All night.

Nice pool, quiet location, nice...

Liked: Nice pool, quiet location, nice sized room. Good in room accommodations.
Disliked: Would have appreciated more than 2 towels for 2 adults. Breakfast was not well stocked- no forks, very little bacon left. Eggs were burned. Cranberry juice was just water with no indication of it being out. Food was not refilled when we were eating around 9am. Attendant not visible though area was clean.
