Disliked: My stay was horrible! This hotel is a shelter for immigrants! DHS dropped off 75 immigrants including kids to stay at this hotel. The Noise level was unacceptable. if I had known this I would’ve have booked somewhere else. I don’t have a problem with anyone being helped just nor at my expense. I asked the Hotel manager could I be accommodated with another room or discount being that I did not sleep during my stay no response..

Disliked: It was not a fun experience. I almost lost my reservation because they said the hotel was closing but then they said a mistake and that they weren’t closing till Monday. I get there on my check in date and he tells me I can’t stay here because they are closing so I cant stay. I explained how I went through this already this morning so why tell me to still come because yall can’t accommodate me to then tell me again as Im at the property that I cant stay anymore. Then the guy explained how they took out everything from the rooms but the tv and beds and I said thats fine. so overall my experience was not what I expected at all.
