The facility needs upgrades

Disliked: The smell of the room was wet and musty. The cleaning supplies were directly in front of my room. The outdated facilities in the room provided. The room light was neon blue. Gave the feeling of a sex hotel

Disliked: I checked in room 104 and I asked if there is any room on Highfloor. Agent told me they do not have. I checked in and the room was dirty and toilet was not flushing and I tried to call the phone and it was not working the AC kept turning on and off so we end up opening the windows and still could not sleep. I called from my cellphone and I asked if there is a manager. There is no manager at the property even in the morning before I check out they gave me the Hotel manager email Kamran whom I sent a email before I write this review and his reponse was giving me a 12% disc in future stay what a joke. I am like seriously.
