Superb

Liked: The hotel was very clean, stylish and pleasant. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly. Our suite was a great option for our family of six. Two king beds and a pullout couch accommodated everyone. The well-equipped kitchenette had dishes, glasses and mugs in the cupboard, as well as cloths and dish detergent for cleaning up.
Disliked: The pullout couch was advertised as a queen, but was smaller, only double size. Our kitchette counter missed being cleaned, but that was easily remedied.

It was fine - not...

Liked: Staff were for the most part very friendly. A couple of front desk staff were a little aloof, others were super nice - but ALL the staff in the breakfast room were incredibly pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room was BEYOND noisy. Horrible construction with respect to noise transfer - was like being inside a bass drum. We were there during March break 2025 so had some poorly behaved and unmonitored hockey tournament kids running up and down the halls and tromping up and down the stairs at 9:30pm making it a little difficult to sleep. Finally had to call the front desk to have them intervene and that took a while but noise finally subsided. But the noise transfer was there 24 hrs a day anytime anyone used the stairs or walked the hall. Not a carefully soundproofed facility. In fact not a soundproofed facility at all. If you are a light sleeper or bothered by light - the smoke/fire detector right over the bed with its' brightly lit indicator light might be problematic. Why this indicator isn't dimmed or routed away from the bed is one of those "what the hell were they thinking?" moments.
