Superb

Liked: Quiet, nice size room, comfortable, continental breakfast, nice pool area
Disliked: Sink had a bad odour from the drain

Loved the breakfast, loved the...

Liked: I loved the breakfast!!! I wanted waffles with strawberry sauce and whip cream and they had it!! The kitchen staff were really sweet and helpful. It was my birthday that weekend and it was a delight.
Disliked: The food counter was not tidied frequently and was cluttered. I believe the kitchen staff was doing their best, but I think with the influx of people, they probably couldn’t keep up. Also, the halls were very noisy. At one point after 10pm, I politely requested the children to be courteous of sleeping guests and they promptly did such.

Bad

Disliked: I booked with you & they didn't let me stay for price I booked. After 16 hours traveling in snow all I wanted to sleep. Manager & front desk treated me like 2nd class citizen & send me out. I will probably never book with you again.
