Liked: The team that checked us in.
Disliked: The team that checked us in. Great. The gentleman named Oscar. Wasn’t professional and also disrespectful. Wasn’t a joy to work with. Was going to take business elsewhere. But spoke to someone else. And there understanding of my needs.

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Room 121 had water drenched carpeting with loud humidifier going all night. Room phone out of order to call front desk. No ice in whole hotel.Was told next morning that room 121 should not have been in use. Wayne said he would comp our room.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was good.
Disliked: Staff, specially front desk, the person late nite shift when we check in and the person in the morning even worse, customer service poor, specially the gentlemen in the morning July 5th very rude and unprofessional.Ice machine not working in any of the floors.

Liked: Convenient location. Free breakfast
Disliked: Gym equipment not in good condition
