Very bad
Liked: The first my room was dirty and smelled like a smoker. They moved to new for the night and they said that room hasn’t been deep cleaned for weeks. After that night they moved back to that room after deep cleaning the room smelled ok for few hours than the smell smoke came back. Spoke the front desk and there was nothing they can do since booked the with a 3rd party

Disliked: We were not able to go to sleep until about 3am since 10pm people were screaming, running the hallway tried calling front desk 3 times nobody answered horrible experience

Liked: My experience at the Best Western Plus was overall enjoyable and relaxing. The staff members were warm, attentive, and made check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. The room was tidy, offering a comfortable environment for rest. One of the highlights of my stay was the whirlpool—truly a standout feature that added a touch of luxury and helped me unwind after a long week. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which offered a convenient start to the day with a decent variety of options. The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and recharge.
Disliked: While my stay had several positive aspects, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. For the price point, I anticipated a more updated and polished environment. The furniture in the room showed noticeable signs of wear, with visible chips and aging finishes. The walls had scuff marks and discoloration, and the overall paintwork appeared uneven and hastily done. It gave the impression that non-professionals may have attempted touch-ups, which unfortunately detracted from the otherwise welcoming feel of the hotel. An investment in a professional painting crew and updated furnishings would go a long way in elevating the guest experience and justifying the rate per night.
