Disliked: Breakfast, noisy air-conditioning and not enough towels.

Liked: The esthetic and general cleanliness of common areas was good.Really nice included breakfast - hot food, make your own waffles, large drink selections.
Disliked: Pool closes too early @ 9pm.There were dirty towels on bathroom counter and toilet flush lever was broken, so the toilet was unflappable without reaching into tank and doing manually - when we advised the front desk attendant, she said that "it was fine this morning", essentially putting ownis on us?..One of the beds was completely unmade and when we asked if they could make it, they had us come down to the lobby and gave us a regular sort of extra blanket.Garbage cans in main room was full of garbage.

Disliked: Should have been told the elevators were not working Was out on 4 this floor and told person I can’t carry I had surgery so she took my bag and when we got to second floor she said she would see if something available there . She should have done that when at the desk. Air conditioner in room needs fixing Wakes you up when it goes on

Liked: They were nice to keep the breakfast open past the end time so we could eat.
Disliked: The smoke alarm went off in the early evening. It turned out it was flooding in the elevator pit. The elevator was out of order the rest of the time. We were on the fourth floor and it was tough carrying all of our belongings down.
