Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling,everything is outdated.Didnt have hot water one night,definitely not worth 150.00 dollars a night.I can stay at alot better places paying that kind of money!!

Liked: Staff very friendly rooms very clean comfortable beds pool nice n clean location close to restaurants over all great place to stay will stay again and recommend to others

Liked: Breakfast was good.. room was relatively clean to some people's standards.
Disliked: Noisy outside heard a lot of chatter. Saw a couple cars that looked sketchy while walking my dog.

Liked: The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It was overpriced! We’ve stayed at a few different hotels in Bowling Green and wanted to stay closer to the good restaurants this time. Your hotel was priced similarly to the other hotels but not near the quality. The Best Western room was smelly, had greasy handprints, marks on the doors and floors, had a really small bathroom area and we had to buy toiletries that weren’t provided, like conditioner, that was expected to be provided.

Liked: The pool was nice. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good
Disliked: If I had to complain about something it would be the fact that there were no USB ports in our room

Liked: The shower pressure was great. The Continental breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: The rooms could've been a little cleaner. Pull out the bedside table to plug in my phone charger and it was filthy. Something was spilled all over the floor. So I checked underneath the other and it was just as bad.
