Hope you don’t expect clean...

Liked: The property is in a good location off the highway driving through Florida. It’s a “newer” looking building so we thought it would have comfortable beds and would be clean
Disliked: Poor customer service in hind-site and our room was clearly not cleaned between guests from the night before. The front desk offered a 15% discount. The beds are not comfortable and very firm. The floor was not mopped and one bed was definitely not changed with dried snot and brown spots on the sheets, maybe the other bed was changed? Unclear. No clean room was offered to me. Southern hospitality and customer service must both be dead in bowling green. I didn’t take the discount, I’ll leave a truthful review instead

Liked: In our travel to Florida it was one of our favorite stop. The staff was so friendly especially at breakfast the woman working was so friendly and kind!
