Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites

The most disgusting living conditions...

Liked: Conveniently located right next to a very nice Holiday inn express that is not only clean, but also has a working pool and air conditioned common areas.
Disliked: As soon as I walked in I should have turned around. The lobby was no cooler than 80 degrees Fahrenheit with a slot machine room and bar. The place smells like mold and our floor had some sort of sticky slime rubbed into it next to the bed. The AC in the rooms works but be forwarded that when you use it, ALL of your clothing will be damp in the morning and stay that way until you escape this health hazard of a hotel. I could keep going but let’s leave it at I wouldn’t stay here if I ran out of gas in their parking lot

Liked: The staff was great. Great breakfast options and location close to family
Disliked: Our room was not as clean as we like it. The mirrors were smeared and the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom. lol it hadn’t been changed and washed for sometime.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lighting in the room was not very good. Charging ports for phones and other devices was a bit skimpy. There was no suitcase stand
